Your information, protected
Privacy Policy
Loge 316 takes the protection of your personal information seriously. This policy describes, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25), what information we collect on this website, for what purposes, and the rights available to you.
Information we collect
On this website, we only collect:
- Email address (newsletter) — if you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored in order to send you our news, promotions and tips.
- Language preference (cookie) — a technical cookie ("loge_lang") remembers your language choice (French or English) for one year. It contains no data that can identify you and is not used for any advertising tracking.
- Server logs — like any website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, pages visited, browser type) for security and diagnostic purposes. This data is not cross-referenced with any other data.
This website does not use any analytics tools or advertising cookies.
Third-party services
- Brevo — our newsletter is managed by the Brevo platform. Your email address is stored there securely and is never sold or shared for other purposes. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- GoRendezvous — online booking is handled through the GoRendezvous module embedded in our Booking page. The information you enter there (name, contact details, appointments) is processed by GoRendezvous under its own privacy policy.
- Google Maps — the maps showing our locations are provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when the map is loaded.
Retention and security
Your email address is kept for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter, then deleted after you unsubscribe. We apply reasonable security measures (HTTPS encryption, restricted access) to protect the information collected.
Your rights
In accordance with Quebec law, you may at any time: access the personal information we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, withdraw your consent (including unsubscribing from the newsletter), and request that its dissemination cease.
To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@loge316.com. Loge 316's person in charge of the protection of personal information is the business owner, who can be reached at the same address.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or to regulations. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
